In all cases, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

Opened or partially consumed food items.

If you paid Cash on Delivery, we’ll arrange a bank transfer or store credit refund.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

Replacement Policy

If your product qualifies for a replacement, we’ll dispatch a new item at no additional cost. Replacements are subject to stock availability.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting our support team.

Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
